Run your own Inclusive Mamas Club
Start a local peer-support circle for SEND/ND mamas
It’s free to lead
Connect small groups of local SEND/ND mamas to learn practical tools to prevent caregiver burnout, build friendships, and feel less alone in this different version of motherhood.
In our circles, we caretake, comfort, and celebrate each other.
Good news: It’s now free to become an Embrace Circle Leader and run your own Inclusive Mamas Club. We provide the training, structure, and monthly resources, you provide the heart and a place to meet.
Who can lead?
- A mum of neurodivergent children (or neurodivergent yourself), or
- A health or community professional with meaningful neurodivergent experience
- Able to access a regular meeting space (home, library, community centre, clinic room, café back room, etc.)
How often do we meet?
- Once a month, February–November
- 2 hours per circle (same day/time/location each month)
How the money works
(simple + transparent)
Cost to become a leader: $0
No joining fee, no annual membership fee.
Attendee contribution (optional & local-choice):
- Most circles invite attendees to contribute $20–$25 per month to cover refreshments, printouts, venue hire, and small activity costs.
- Leaders can choose no-fee circles (sponsored by a venue/partner) or set a lower contribution, your context, your call.
Reimbursement:
- Leaders keep 100% of attendee contributions to cover snacks, space, and your time organising.
- Prefer to run a free circle? Great—we’ll help you explore community spaces or sponsorship so cost isn’t a barrier.
Extra income opportunity:
You can also purchase group activities, including our planners, journals, and stationery, at wholesale rates to onsell to your group participants. This helps you fund your circle while sharing tools that truly support mums and carers.
