You don’t need another appointment.
You need a moment to breathe.

Pause Circles™ are small, peer-led gatherings for mothers and carers raising neurodivergent or disabled children.
They’re not therapy. They’re not support groups. They’re spaces to exhale — together.

Whether you're holding the mental load of therapies, funding applications, appointments, or just trying to get through the day, Pause Circles offer something rare: a moment for you.

What happens in a Pause Circle?

Each 2 hour circle includes:
* A warm welcome + grounding check-in
* Time for optional sharing — no pressure to speak
* A mindfulness or reflection activity (e.g. journaling, breathwork, intention cards)
* Gentle prompts using the PauseSteps™ method
* Optional creative or calming activity (e.g. journaling, tea ceremony, sensory break)
* Connection with other mums who get it

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — even if nothing’s "fixed”

  • Monthly meetings

    Each month you can drop in, reflect + connect with other mamas who truly get it.

    Group facilitation provided by trained and background-checked Circle Leaders & Support Sisters to create a safe space

    Will be held same time + place every month February - November.

  • Receive guides + resources

    In between monthly sessions, receive exploratory guides + journals with prompts for personal reflection.

  • Connect between circles

    You will have the opportunity to connect between monthly catch ups in an online forum.

Who are Pause Circles for?

Mothers, carers, and women navigating:
* Autism, ADHD, developmental disability
* NDIS, early intervention, or diagnostic limbo
* Emotional and mental load burnout
* Solo or unsupported caregiving
* Overwhelm, anxiety, or identity fatigue
You don’t need to explain your child’s diagnosis, behaviours, or why you’re exhausted.
This space already understands.

Where are Pause Circles held?
Pause Circles are hosted by trained peer facilitators — many of whom are neurodivergent or carers themselves.
They take place in homes, libraries, wellness spaces, or community hubs. Some are online.
