ABOUT US

WHO WE ARE

Our goal is to champion the wellbeing of mothers raising children with neurodivergent needs such as Autism, ADHD and other developmental disabilities.

While there are numerous non-profits focusing on specific needs children, there is a scarcity addressing the unique self-care needs of mamas in this community. That's where we step in.

Our organisation, together with our non profit “Bright Side Mamas”, is dedicated to offering retreats, events and products to support extraordinary mothers caring for their neurodivergent children.

These resilient Mamas are often last on the list for time to look after themselves, navigating school, therapy appointments and the day to day exhaustion with their children.

Our mission is to provide a neurodiverse-affirming and nurturing community that empowers and uplifts mothers navigating the unique challenges and joys of parenting neurodivergent children.

Through connection, education, and resources, we aim to promote acceptance, advocacy, and holistic well-being for both the mothers and their families. We strive to create a space where inclusive mamas can find strength, understanding, and solidarity as they navigate their parenting journey.

OUR FOUNDER

MY STORY

My name is Tracey Jewel Constable. I am the founder of Inclusive Mamas Club and a SEND mama to my son Frankie.

After Frankie’s diagnosis I was diagnosed as AuDHD myself.
I often feel periods of mental exhaustion and without extended family support, I was often unable to access simple things to make myself feel happy or get necessary down-time.

This is the reality of life for many of us.
On top of being a mama and caregiver, I have another daughter, I work part time, I’m also studying a post-grad in social impact and I attend with my husband countless therapy appointments, not to mention the reading and research.

As mothers of specific needs children, many of us avoid sharing our struggles because people often offer advice that just isn’t practical.

We all face different struggles, however the common theme that I have found is that we should ALL take better care of our mental health because it is best for us and our children.

That’s why we created a safe place to benefit from services provided by a mother who gets it.

We are working towards the vision of a world where every mother raising a neurodivergent family is mentally well.

We need the support of our entire community (individuals, small businesses, organisations, and you!) to keep our mamas mentally healthy and well.
